The Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers States allegations against the INEC Director of Election Planning and Monitoring

The Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers States has alleged that the INEC Director of Election Planning and Monitoring who appeared before the Governorship Election Tribunal in Abuja to give evidence, discrediting the conduct of the election on 11th of April, is a member of the All Progressives Congress. State Chairman of the PDP, FELIX OBUAH, in a statement released by his spokesman, alleged that CHARLES KAYE OKOYE is on the payroll of notable APC chieftains in the state. The PDP Chairman back his allegation with purported communications and interactions by CHARLES OKOYE on the social media.
