The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, OLISA METUH will on 9th March known his fate before a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja where he is facing corruption charges.Justice OBONG ABANG fixed the date to either deliver judgment or dismiss the seven-count charge against METUH based on his no-case submission.However, Justice ABANG could decide to order METUH to open his defence, if he finds out that he has a case to answer.The prosecution counsel, SYLVANUS TAHIR, is insisting that evidence made by witnesses showed that the PDP spokesman has a case to answer and asked the court should compel him to do so.
