The Movement for the Survival of Ogoni People says winning the hosting right of the International Indigenous Peoples Movement for Self Determination and Liberation gives an edge to the Ogoni course.

 

President of MOSOP, LEGBORSI PYAGBARA who is also the African Coordinator of the Peoples Movement for Self-determination said issues of self-determination, land and resource control which are the demands of the Ogoni people will be on the front burner.
PYAGBARA told newsmen that MOSOP as a prominent organization will champion the course against oppression of ethnic groups who share similar history with Ogonis in Africa.
