The Management of the Rivers State College of Arts and Sciences wants the name of the institution to be changed to reflect its new acquired status as a polytechnic.The Provost of the college, Doctor SAM BEREREME KALAGBOR made the call to the Rivers State Government during a visit by the Commissioner for Education.Doctor KALAGBOR said the change of name of the institution remains a major problem, just as he called for easy access to funding for the development of infrastructure.
