The governorship candidate of the APC in Rivers state, DAKUKU PETERSIDE, is to lead the party`s campaign ahead of the re-run legislative elections.
PETERSIDE told participants at an APC stakeholders meeting in Port Harcourt that the party would prove to the world that it is the popular choice of the people of Rivers State.The Independent National Electoral Commission had last week announced 6th of February as tentative date for re-run state and national elections in most constituencies across the state.These include the three senatorial districts in the state and eleven Federal Constituencies for House of Representatives seat, and twenty-two out of the thirty-two state constituency seats.
