The former Leader of the Rivers state House of Assembly, CHIDI LLOYD says the dismissal of his election by the Justice MU’AZU PINDIGA-led tribunal on the ground of non-compliance with the mandatory 21 days notice for primaries is not in order.

 

The former Leader of the Rivers state House of Assembly, CHIDI LLOYD says the dismissal of his election by the Justice MU’AZU PINDIGA-led tribunal on the ground of non-compliance with the mandatory 21 days notice for primaries is not in order.  
LLOYD, who made references to the court of appeal ruling in the cases of WIKE versus PETERSIDE and DAWARI versus GOODHEAD, said he will not hesitate to Appeal the Judgment by Justice PINDIGA.
The former Lawmaker from who represented Emohua state constituency in the Rivers State house of Assembly called on his supporters to remain steadfast as they pursue justice together.
