The former Commissioner for Agriculture in River State, EMMA CHINDA has denied misappropriating funds meant for agricultural loan scheme for farmers at the grass-root. CHINDA who was speaking for the first time since he was accused of embezzling four billion naira agricultural grant, said due process was followed in the disbursement of the fund.
