The fate of the Governor of Abia State appears to be hanging in balance following a judgement by the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.

Vanguard online is reporting that Justice OKON ABANG has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to immediately issue a certificate of return to Dr. SAMSON UCHE OGAH.

The judgment was based on a complaint by Dr. SAMSON UCHE OGAH that Governor OKEZIE IKPEAZU did not supply accurate information to the PDP to contest the governorship primary in 2014.
