The Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, MUSA KIMO has visited Omoku town, which is the headquarters of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area.
The visit by C.P. KIMO is believed to be in connection with the resurgence of violent attacks across communities in ONELGA that claimed the lives of about ten persons last week.
C.P. KIMO has held a meeting with the Chairman of ONELGA, AUSTIN AHIAMADU, to discuss ways to tackle violence crimes; killings and cultism by various gangs operating around the local government area. Our correspondent gathered that community leaders across ONELGA attended the meeting with the C.P of Police. C.P. KIMO also held a special session with officers and men attached to the Omoku Divisional Headquarters.
