The British Prime Minister, DAVID CAMERON has been holding talks with European Council President DONALD TUSK on the reform of the European Union.
Reports say the reforms are intended to determine the place of the United Kingdom in the EU, of which the government said there was real hard work to do.After meeting all through the night, DAVID CAMERON said there had been some progress but a lot still remains to be done.
