The APC said it considers the ruling as a lost opportunity for the PDP to achieve their desired time-wasting strategy against the petition of the APC’s governorship candidate, DAKUKU PETERSIDE.
In a statement released by the State Publicity Secretary of the APC, CHRIS FINEBONE, the party said the ruling by the tribunal confirms that every motion and application is carefully examined on its merits and ruling handed down accordingly.
The party said the development also indicates that the rulings of the Tribunal could go either ways depending on how the law sees each matter before the tribunal.
