The Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, IBIM SEMENITARI, has raised alarm over alleged impersonation on Facebook.SEMENITARI said she does not operate any public Facebook account, and therefore, distanced herself from the ownership of any of such platform.According to a statement issued by her Special Assistant on Media, BEKEE ANYALEWCHI, the NDDC Managing Director described the Facebook impersonation as the handiwork of fraudsters.She also distanced herself from postings on the fake Facebook page, just as she advised members of the public against alluding postings made on the said page to her.SEMENITARI equally distanced herself from claims on Facebook that NDDC was selling employment forms, as she warned job seekers against falling prey to the activities of fraudsters.The NDDC boss explained that recent claims that she had appointed twenty-three Special Assistants from the twenty-three local government areas of Rivers State were part of a sponsored campaign to distract her.
