The petrol tanker drivers are demanding urgent attention to the poor condition of access roads t tank farms in Rivers State.
The Chairman of Petroleum Tanker Drivers Unit of the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, LUCKY ETUOKU, gave this indication in an interview with our correspondent.
ETUOKU said members of his union have continued to suffer loss of petrol tankers and product valued millions in accidents due to the dilapidated roads.
He particularly picked on the situation around Eleme Junction, Akpajo and Oyigbo areas, which he said could be worst deep into the rainy seasons, if nothing was done.
