Lawyer and activist, Chetam Nwala, has alleged that the State of Emergency declared in Rivers State by President Bola Tinubu was driven by political motives rather than concerns about insecurity or governance breakdown. Nwala claimed the move was aimed at taking control of the state, describing it as an orchestrated plan by the President to
