The Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers State, Ogbam Ojimah, has welcomed a Court of Appeal judgment against the Abdurahman-led faction of the party. In a statement, Ojimah described the ruling as a victory for party discipline, constitutional order, and internal democracy. He said the judgment invalidates actions taken by former
