The Rivers State Head of Service, Dr. Inyingi Brown, has reaffirmed the commitment of the state government to promoting gender balance and inclusiveness in the public service. Dr. Brown stated this while speaking at the 2025 Biennial Conference of the National Council of Women Societies (NCWS), Rivers State chapter, held in Port Harcourt. She said
