The Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Charles Wobodo, has inaugurated new caretaker Community Development Committees (CDCs) to strengthen grassroots governance and community service. The inauguration took place on Tuesday at the Council Secretariat in Isiokpo, where Wobodo acknowledged the efforts of the dissolved CDCs but emphasized the need for fresh leadership to drive development
