The Federal Ministry of Youth Development and the Rivers State Ministry of Youth Development have officially recognised Ambrose Sopuruchukwu-Okpor as the authentic Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Rivers State Chapter, ending months of leadership disputes within the organisation. The recognition followed a verification exercise initiated by the Federal Ministry of Youth
