The Youth Leader of the community, TOBIN AKPAKABIA said they caught the man after giving a hit chase on seven members of his gang as they tried to escape on a speed boat.
A Chief Police Superintendent, who addressed the crowd, assured them that the police would go after other fleeing members of the gang of kidnappers.
