SURVEYORS WARNS OF FAKE COLLEAGUES IN RIVERS STATE

The state Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, Sunday Baridi-Legbara, addressed newsmen at their Secretariat in Port Harcourt, stating that they have identified samples of fake survey plans signed by the suspected impersonators.

Baridi-Legbara, who vowed that the institution will do everything possible to bring them to justice, emphasized that all survey-related documents signed and issued by the impostors are fake, null, and void, just as he advised the public against patronizing quacks in the state.

He also accused one, Onali Briggs, a registered surveyor, of allegedly issuing fake survey pillar numbers, and urged the public to seek the services of verifiable professional surveyors for any survey-related services.

Attempts to reach Onali Briggs for his reaction to the allegation against him have been unsuccessful, as his phone number has not been connected.
