The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is set to release the provisional squad for the Super Falcons ahead of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco, with head coach Justin Madugu having submitted his list to the federation.
Nigeria aims for a record-extending tenth continental title at the tournament, scheduled to take place from July 5 to 26.
The Super Falcons are drawn into Group B, where they will compete against Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana as they seek to defend their title and secure qualification for subsequent tournaments. The official squad list is expected to be announced in the coming days.
