Super Eagles Captain Junior Nduka Joins Erbil FC on Three-Year Deal

Home-based Super Eagles captain, Junior Nduka, has sealed a permanent move to Iraqi club Erbil FC on a three-year contract.

Nduka, who joined from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions Remo Stars, becomes the latest key player to depart the club following the exits of Kayode Bankole, Sikiru Alimi, Franck Mawuena, Fabian Nworie, and Seun Ogunribide.

The centre-back played a crucial role in Remo Stars’ title-winning campaign last season and is admired for his composure and leadership qualities.

Nduka also featured prominently for Nigeria, playing every minute of the Super Eagles’ three matches at the 2024 African Nations Championship.
