The latest development is a land dispute between Eze NYEGWA and eighty-six-year-old BARTHOLOMEW EGEONU, who alleged that the paramount ruler was encroaching on a land that was awarded in his favour by a court judgment.
Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR sighted the court judgment on Ohio Eli-Iji Farmland in Rumuagholu, which was delivered on the 14th of October last year by Justice W. A. CHECHEY, with BARTHOLOMEW EGEONU as defendant.
But EGEONU told newsmen that since the judgment was delivered, members of his family have continued to suffer in the hands of his rivals and their agents.
However; Eze SAMUEL NYEGWA told our correspondent that EGEONU was not being honest, and dared him to return to court with his complaint if he felt the court judgment had been breached.
