A lecturer at the Rivers state University, B.G. NSERIKA, in an interview with our correspondent attributed the poor performance of the students on the attention given to social media, adding that some students lack focus and are not willing to learn and acquire knowledge.
NSERIKA who is also the Head of Department in the Department of Mass Communication, went further to blame parents for not showing good examples to their children.
NSERIKA therefore, called for deliberated efforts by parents, students and stakeholders to find a solution to evasive children.
