South Korea battered by Typhoon Chaba with strong winds and heavy rainfall.

Reports say the worst hit areas are the southern cities of Busan and Ulsan, as well as the resort island of Jeju.

Following the development; transport, schools, factories and South Korea’s main port have been grounded.
