The High Court in Pretoria granted a request by the Afrikaner civil rights lobby group against MALEMA, who leads the Economic Freedom Fighters party in the parliament.
Afri-Forum complained that MALEMA had continued his call for people to take land without compensation even after it had approached the court last November.
But the Economic Freedom Fighters party said its policy on land restitution is meant to correct the imbalance of ownership created by apartheid, which encouraged the takeover of land without compensation.
The governing African National Congress also supports land expropriation but with compensation.
