The Governor made the claim during the commissioning of the sand filled area in Ogbumnu-Abali, Port Harcourt city local government area of Rivers state.
Governor Wike challenged the PDP members to show what they have done to woo members of other parties to the PDP instead of following other leaders of the party around in Abuja.
He further noted that Rivers people cannot be seen as second hand citizens.
The Governor also challenged leaders of the PDP in other states to deliver their own states to the party when elections come and not depend on votes from Rivers state.
