Some four thousand personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps will be on duty in Bayelsa State tomorrow for the rescheduled governorship election across seven local government areas.The center of attention will be in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area where the initial voting on 5th and 6th of December was cancelled outright due to irregularities.The Commandant General of the NSCDC, ABDULLAHI GANA MUHAMMADU, also approved the deployment of sniffer dogs to boost the security operation before, during and after the election.The NSCDC Commandant General appealed to Bayelsa politicians to conduct themselves like statesmen and to accept the outcome of the election.He equally urged parents and guardians to advise their children and wards not to fall cheap to the unethical behaviour of politicians who may want to use young people to cause problem.And for the Independent National Electoral Commission, GANA MUHAMMADU stressed the need for the electoral umpire to maintain neutrality and ensure that the election in concluded on Saturday.
