This follows the presentation of the report by the Chairman of the Rivers State House of Assembly Committee on Serial Killing of Girls in Hotels in Port Harcourt, KELECHI NWOGU.
NWORGU during presentation said the bill when passed in to Law will empower the State Ministry of Culture and Tourism to regulate the Hotel and Hospitality business.
Speaker of the House, IKUINYI OWAJI-IGBANI in his submission said the fact that the suspected serial killer, GRACIOUS DAVID-WEST is facing trial is an indication that the Committee were effective in their oversight.
