The Command added that DAVID-WEST is due in court this week.
This was made known by the Spokesman of the Command, DSP NNAMDI OMONI in an interview with newsmen in Port Harcourt.
DSP OMONI revealed that three individuals who were arrested in the course of Police investigation will not be charged to court.
Recall that GRACIOUS DAVID-WEST since his arrest and subsequent parade by the police had confessed killing fifteen girls in Hotels in Port Harcourt and four other States.
