SERAP in a series of tweet condemned the demolition of the hotels, an action which it described as force eviction which is it said in violation of article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and other Human Rights Treaties which Nigeria is a state party.
According to SERAP, to perpetrate Human Rights violation is an executive rascality.
It said the state government must be made to account for its actions.
