Senator Uchendu Criticizes Traditional Ruler for Threats to Emohua Residents

Oha Awuse, upon returning from a medical trip abroad, allegedly threatened that any resident of Emohua who did not support the political ambitions of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, would be barred from his palace and face consequences.

In a speech delivered in his native language, Oha Awuse also declared his commitment, along with his household, to die where Wike dies in his support for his political career.

In response, Oha Andrew Uchendu, who is also a traditional leader in Emohua community, stated that neither Awuse nor any other traditional leader has the authority to direct, or threaten individuals into supporting politicians.
