SENATE PRESIDENT MAKES MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPOSITION OF STANDING COMMITTEES

According to the announcement by Senator SARAKI on resumption of plenary yesterday, Senator MATTHEW URHOGHIDE chairs the Committee on Public Accounts, while Senator SABO MOHAMMED is the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Trade and Investment.
The Senate Committee on Tourism is headed by Senator RAJI RASAKI; the Senate Committee on Local Content in headed by Senator ADEOLA OLAMILEKAN; the Committee on Cooperation and Integration is chaired by Senator STELLA ODUAH, while Senator BUKAR MUSTAPHA head the Senate Committee on Capital Market Development.
Furthermore; Senator GOSWILL AKPABIO is the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Local Content; Senator MUHAMMED SANI is the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Trade and Investment; and Senator ADEMOLA ADELEKE is the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Communications.
The Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters is now Senator BABBAJIDE OMOWORARE.
