LAWAN, gave the directive during plenary and commended the various committees for rounding off their budget defence sessions on the schedule.
The senate president insisted that the resolve of the National Assembly to revert to the January-to-December budget cycle remained sacrosanct.
He expressed hope that the same timeline will be adhered to by the House of Representatives.
LAWAN said with the plan the budget would be passed on the 28th of November.
