Sen Abe advise Gov Wike to resign.

Senator ABE’s call is against the backdrop of what he considered to be Governor WIKE’s boast about rigging elections.

Following comments by Governor WIKE yesterday during his visit to Gokana Local Government Area, Senator ABE said the Governor managed to expose himself as a person who is skilled in electoral fraud.

In a statement issued in Port Harcourt by his spokesman, PARRY SAROH BENSON, the APC Senatorial candidate said it was indecent of the governor to boast about election rigging.

The Senator Magnus Abe Media Team noted that in advance democracies, people would have marched on the streets to demand the removal of Governor NYESOM WIKE for boasting about election rigging.

The statement enjoined the Rivers State Governor to respect the principle of one-man-one-vote, pointing out that this had been the area of disagreement between the APC and the PDP.

The APC Senatorial candidate further noted that the Governor had wanted to impose his surrogates against the wishes of the people.

He said the Ogoni people and the entire Rivers South East Senatorial district would resist any attempt by Governor WIKE to rig the elections on December 10.

The Senator Abe Media Team also condemned the antics by Governor WIKE in calling the name of the APC chieftain in relation to the Kpopie-Bodo road.

The group maintained that the Governor was only trying to tarnish the reputation of Senator MAGNUS ABE, just as it made reference to alleged corrupt acts while the Governor was the Chief of Staff of Rivers State Government House and Minister of State for Education.
