This was disclosed in a statement released by Senator SARAKI’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, YUSUPH OLANIYONU.
According to the statement obtained by our correspondent, Senator SARAKI said he accepted the resignation of Senator GALAUDU, having been put on notice about his intention since November last year.
The Senate President has also directed his Deputy Chief of Staff, GBENGA MAKANJUOLA to take charge as his Acting Chief of Staff, pending the appointment of a substantive Chief of Staff.
