Addressing members of the Council of Chiefs of Bille Kingdom during a courtesy visit to the Government House in Port Harcourt, Governor WIKE said funds would be provided for the project in the 2018 Budget.
Governor WIKE also acknowledged complaint by the visitors that Bille Kingdom was being marginalized in appointments into government positions, and promised to address the observation.
A statement released by the Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media, SIMEON NWAKAUDU, disclosed that the visitors from Bille Kingdom were led by the Amanyanabo, Chief IBITAMINO MINAPAKA.
