The Rumu-Amadi-Ojukwu villagers believe a Police Inspector from Rumu-Ijima village is abusing his official position by allegedly instigating the arrest of their members.
A spokesman for the aggrieved persons said they have decide to make a of abuse of office against the Police Inspector, and they have prepared to send a petition to the Police High Command in Abuja in pursuant of disciplinary action against him.
Speaking on the issue; the Coordinator of the International Human Rights Protection Initiative, JOHN IHUA said it was wrong for a serving police officer to use is position to cause problem for community members.
