The state Commissioner for Information, Joseph Johnson, revealed this during an interview with Today FM correspondent.
To this end, the commissioner said the Governor Siminialayi-led administration has drawn up four bills to be tabled at the State House of Assembly in the next few days.
The Rivers State commissioner for Information also spoke on plans by the government to gainfully engage youths in the state and to reduce poverty.
Johnson further assured that the processes for the ten thousand Civil Service Jobs and teachers who were recently promoted will soon be concluded.
