The Permanent Secretary of the Rivers State Primary Healthcare Management Board, Doctor AGIRIYA HARRY gave the assurance against the backdrop of the agitation by the primary healthcare workers.
Doctor HARRY said the processes involved in the matter were almost concluded, stressing that the transfer is in compliance with the law, which makes the implementation mandatory.
Speaking in an interview with our correspondent CHINEDU IWUNNA, the Permanent Secretary said recent travels by the Governor may have contributed to the delay.
