The reaction comes after a vehicles ran into four school children in Alakahia in ObioAkpor Local Government Area of the state, over alleged break failure.
Speaking with today fm’s Ifunanya Obeme-Ndukwe,Rivers State Sector Commander, Corp Commander Salisu Galadunchi, said the law only authorises the Road Safety to fine drivers whose vehicles have been impounded, and thereafter release the vehicles.
