BANIGO came in defence of Rivers youths shortly after undertaking a tour of Akuku Toru, Asari Toru and Degema Local Government Areas to monitor the progress of the on-going Free Skills Acquisition Programme.
The Deputy Governor said contrary to the negative perception that Rivers youths are lazy; the average Rivers youth is very industrious.
