The students under the umbrella of National Union of Rivers State Students particularly want Governor WIKE to use part of the Paris Club debt refund to offset their backlog of bursary allowance.
The appeal was made by NURSS National President, PATRICK OGBUEHI, in an interview with our correspondent during a courtesy visit to this station.
PATRICK OGBUEHI also used the occasion to talk about his agenda for NURSS, including some of the legacies of the past leadership that he wishes to sustain and ongoing efforts on a legislation to providing legal backing for the welfare of Rivers State students.
