Justice Chibuzor-Amadi clarified that the vacation is in accordance with the provisions of Order Forty-Nine, Rule Four B of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules.
He emphasized that during this period, a designated Judge will be available to handle urgent applications and matters.
The statement, issued by the Chief Registrar of the Rivers State High Court, David Ihua-Maduenyi, highlighted that normal court proceedings will resume on Monday, April 15th, 2024.
