Rivers State Governor slam Police Commissioner over Security Situation at Mgbuoshimini in Obio-Akpor

Governor observed that under normal situation, CP AHMED would have reported at the Government House to brief him on the killings by suspected cultists.
Governor WIKE observed that the security of the state was being politicized by the Police High Command.
According to a statement released by his Special Assistant on Electronic Media, SIMEON NWAKAUDU, Governor WIKE sympathized with the families that lost loved ones in the violence.
Governor WIKE’s remarks were made when Course Participants of the National Defence College Study Tour visited the Government House.
In the meantime; the Rivers State Government has ordered the Rivers State Police Command to fish out the criminals that carried out the crime at Mgboshimini.
The directive was contained in a statement issued by the Commissioner for information, EMMA OKAH.
