Rivers State Governor calls on IG of Police not to allow politics affect fight against insecurity.

Governor WIKE also advised the Inspector General of Police to allow State Commissioners of Police to work with state governors to tackle security security challenges across the country
Governor WIKE made the call while speaking at a Public Lecture on Security organised by the Inspector General of Police in Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State.
The Rivers state Governor said he has nothing personal against the Inspector General of Police, adding that he would continue to alert the Police Chief on security challenges in his state.
