The State Director General of pension Board, Ijeoma Samuel who made the disclosure however advised civil servant against rushing for compulsory retirement and added that retirees from June this year to 2025, will be exempted from the contributory pension scheme.
Samuel in her a goodwill message at the Rivers State Civil service 2022 New year thanksgiving and dedication service held at the Ministry of Justice Hall Port Harcourt encouraged civil servants to expects better days ahead.
