Rivers state government terminates contract of contractors abandoning school project

The move followed alleged abandonment of the on-going projects at the school since 2019 by the contractors.

According to a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education Chidi Adiele, Governor Nyesom Wike directed the contractors to handover all Government Property related to the execution of the contracts to the Ministry of Education before the 3^rd of February.
