Rivers State Government Proposes to Build Police Station at Mgbuoshimini Scene of Masacre.

Governor WIKE, who led members of the State Security Council for an on-the-spot assessment of the scene, declared that the perpetrators would be made to face justice.
The Governor advised the people to remain calm with the assurance that measures were being put in place to ensure that our people are protected from such ugly attacks.
WIKE said part of measures being considered by his administration is to build a police station and quarters in the area to check the activities of criminals.
He said the initial security report indicates that the killings were related to cult violence, but wandered why the perpetrators unleashed mayhem on innocent persons.
