This was made known by the Commissioner of Water Resources and Rural Development, Professor KANIYE EBEKU.
Professor EBEKU was speaking during a visit to the Ahoada water station, which is in a state of ruins after being vandalised.
Professor EBEKU said the state government was partnering with the World Bank, European Union and African Development Bank to deliver safe water to the people.
The Commissioner also addressed Eze FELIX OTUWARIKPO; Igbu Upata the Third, and his council of chiefs at Edeoha community, where he called for partnership between communities and the State Government in the rehabilitation of facilities.
In his response, Eze OTUWARIKPO assured that Ahoada communities were ready to partner with the state government on the provision of safe water and for the protection of government facilities in the area.
